Submission of manuscripts from all presentations is encouraged. Manuscripts collected will be reviewed and published in Thin Solid Films. The format of the manuscript is described as follows: The length of each paper will be 4-5 printed pages for contributed papers and 6-8 printed pages for invited papers.
