Conference registration, abstract submission, reservation of Academia Sinica guest-house and tour sign-up must be made on-line. Deadline for early registration and abstract submission has been extended to May 22, 2006. All registration and cancellation must be made by June 15, 2006.

For conference attendees, registration fee includes the welcome reception, all the meals between 7/17-20, refreshment breaks, banquet and Taipei city tours, abstract book and proceedings.

To qualify for a student rate, each student attendee must send a letter of recommendation by his/her supervisor to the 9SXNS Organizing Committee before June 15, 2006.

For an accompanying person, the registration fee covers the welcome reception, city tours and banquet. For any accompanying person who will not join the activities mentioned above, he/she does not need to register.

Payment must be made by June 15, 2006. However, to qualify for an early registration, attendees must send in their payment by May 22, 2006. Note that we only take credit card payments. Please print, complete and send Credit Card Authorization Form to us by fax: +886-3-5783803. Confirmation of payment will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.

Cancellation
All cancellations(registration, Academia Sinica guesthouse, tour, payment) must notify the conference ( 9sxns@nsrrc.org.tw ) in written form by June 15, 2006. Note that cancellation of the after-meeting tour to (A) Eastern Taiwan or (B) Northern Taiwan due to personal reason after June 15, 2006, is subject to a 20% penalty charge.
